ITINERARY
Day1 : Zagreb
Arrive at Zagreb. Proceed to the hotel. Check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day2 : Zagreb
Today after breakfast, proceed to explore the beautiful town of Zagreb. See Mirogoj ceme tery - one of the most beautiful in Europe and certainly the grandest you’ll ever see. The elaborately carved marble tombstones celebrating the lives of Croatian poets and presidents, writers, composers, and the like. Also visit St. Mark's square, St. Catherine's church, Dolac open air market and The Museum of Broken Relationships. You can ride on a blue tram for a short ride to the charming Upper Town .
Day3 : Zagreb to Spli
Today will proceed to visit the town of Split , the second largest city in Croatia. Enroute, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Plitvice Lakes National Park . Its a beautiful park with incredible flora and fauna and beautiful sceneries. You are free to explore Split in the evening as you wish. Overnigh t stay at the hotel
Day4 : Split
Today after breakfast you will explore the town of Split. Visit the enormous Diocletian's Palace and inside observe the military fortress, imperial residence and a fortified town, as well as the Peristil Square and a mausoleum . It’s one of the most impressive Roman ruins in the world and today, it’s still inhabited with residents living in the quarters where Diocletian's soldiers once lived. Take a tour of the Ivan Mestrovi Gallery , led by the curator Mestrovi. You will have the opportunity to see his talent up close as you walk through the gallery and admire 86 bronze, marble and wood sculptures created by him. Evening free to explore the town or enjoy the nightlife. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day5 : Split – Hvar - Split
Today you will visit the little island of Hvar - one of the biggest hotspots on the Mediterranean for the rich and famous. Everyone from Bill Gates to Napoleon, Prince Harry to Brad Pitt, no less than three James Bonds (Sean Connery, Daniel Craig and Pierce Brosnan), Ellen DeGeneres as well as Beyonce & Jay - Z all chose to holiday here and once you arrive, you’ll see why. Tour around Hvar as you explore this beautiful town in all its charm. Return to split and overnight at the hotel.
Day6 : Split to Dubrovnik
Head for Dubrovnik . En route, pause at the tiny fishing village of Mali Ston renowned for their fresh oysters that are said to be the best in the world. You will reach Dubrovnik by evening. You can check - in, take in the picture - perfect view of the city and the sunset. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day7 : Dubrovnik
Today morning proceed to the tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide as you explore this city with its old world charm and its cobbled pathways to explore the local culture.
Enroute, visit the huge domed Onofrio’s Fountain , and the Sponza Palace . Stop by the Franciscan Monastery which houses Europe’s oldest pharmacy where you can take a look at old doctors’ notes, ceramic medicine jars, and potions from the 15th century.
Lastly, explore the Cathedral of the Assumption of The Virgin . It’s famous Treasury contains such a large collection of riches such as icons and paintings. The last stop on the route is the Rector’s Palace , the administrative center of the Dubrovnik Republic. After this, you are free to explore Dubrovnik on your own. Over night stay at the hotel
Day8 : Departure
Proceed to Dubrovnik Airport to board your flight back home. Return home with wonderful memories of your trip with us
